TibaToes™ Little Harvest Felt Activity Board

With food pieces to hand, the board becomes a harvest your child can arrange. Name a food, choose a colour or pretend to fill a shopping basket. Picking and placing gives the conversation a practical task to go with it.

How it helps

• Practise fine motor skills through picking and placing. Handling and positioning compatible food pieces gives fingers controlled movements to practise.
• Build food vocabulary through pretend harvest games. Naming the pretend foods connects words with objects your child is actively choosing.
• Explore colours and grouping with a chosen play set. Group pieces by colour or type and talk about the match. Board Only options do not include food pieces; choose a complete set or use suitable pieces you already have.

Choose your play set

• Board Only options include one felt board in the apple or fruit tree design. Food pieces are not included.
• The 11-piece Apple Harvest Set and Fruit Tree Set each include one felt board and the accompanying pretend food play set.

Board details

• Choose the red apple or green fruit tree design.
• Each board is approximately 46 × 46 cm, with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
• Food pieces attach to the board for picking, placing and rearranging.

A little play idea

• Set out the board and the food pieces from your set for play together.
• Name the foods, group them by colour or take turns choosing what goes in a pretend shopping basket.
• If you display the board upright, a grown-up should choose and secure a suitable place for it.
