Sit together, choose an appropriate mode and notice the plush’s movement and sound. It can become a familiar companion for supervised awake quiet time. It is not a treatment or a promise of better sleep, and must stay out of a baby’s sleep space.

How it helps

• Choose gentle sound and movement for quiet time together. The modes offer combinations of sound, light and simulated breathing-style movement to explore with an adult.
• Bring a familiar plush character to supervised cuddles. A chosen character can be part of a familiar supervised cuddle routine.
• Let a grown-up choose the mode that suits the moment. A grown-up should operate the controls and follow the instructions for that character.

Sounds, light and movement

• Four modes combine simulated breathing-style movement, recorded breathing sounds, music and light.
• Controls and the position of the light vary by character. Follow the instructions for your selected buddy.
• This is a plush companion, not a medical device.

Using your buddy

• A grown-up should set up and operate the plush. Follow the supplied instructions for power, controls and care.
• Use for supervised, awake quiet time together.
• Keep this plush out of a baby's cot, bassinet or other sleep space. Soft toys should not be left with a sleeping baby.
